All products are custom made to order.    

Please measure and confirm your dogs neck/collar size before ordering.

Read all the information provided. Feel free to ask questions. We'll gladly help you figure out your order so its exactly what you want.

   All items are checked over carefully and photographed prior to shipping.  Should an item show up with damage or is defective please contact us immediately.

Most photos are collars set up as samples, but not yet sewn.      
Collars are custom made by Pampered Pooch by TD with 1"
 (unless you order 1/2" or 2" size) nylon, with black plastic side release snaps, black plastic hardware and  stainless steel leash/tag attachment.  Grosgrain ribbon is sewn on nylon. 
Reinforced stitching for extra strength.  
Collars are machine washable.  Hang to dry

Choose your size, style, and nylon color. Pick a flower, flower & bling, ruffle, ruffle with flower or ruffle with flower & bling.   
 
All designs can be ordered in different lengths including extra 
small.  All 1" wide collars can be ordered as a martingale
collar or matching leash.

***Flowers & Ruffle***
The flowers are removable.  Do not wash the flowers.
Flower chiffon, and the ruffle, are treated to prevent fraying. 
 If they start to fray, cut off the loose strings and put on a thin layer of glue or fray stop.  You can also use a lighter by VERY carefully moving the flame back and forth over the frayed area.

​ Products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.  For faster shipping use USPS Priority mail. 

Keep in mind that using priority mail will not change the production time.

If you need your order done faster, please message us.

Most shipments arrive at their destination on time, or early.  Unfortunately, we have no control over how long a delivery takes.  If your tracking is not updated for 7-10 days, please contact us.  USPS Ground Advantage offers insurance. We'll gladly assist with filing a claim for missing mail as well as an insurance claim.    

 

Once the package is scanned by the delivery company we've completed our end of the transaction.  Any lost or damaged packages are not our responsibility.
